How many of you subscribe to the basic idea that cultural marxists, immigrants, muslims, and liberals (or some combination of theses groups) are seeking to destroy western civilization and install a socialist regime?

Is there a scope restriction or parameter in what you're asking?
I'd assert there are some number of people trying to do some sort of anything you can imagine, including but not limited to "seeking to destroy western civilization and install a socialist regime."

On a significant scale beyond that of fringe groups. Something approaching mainstream but not limited to mainstream.

Legal immigrants? Maybe, maybe not
Illegal immigrants? Absolutely. I understand where they're coming from. We have really generous "social safety net" programs that people can abuse even if they are here illegally. The people who descend from these individuals will absolutely seek to expand such socialist programs.
ETA: This also depends on if they're fleeing socialist regimes. Obviously those folks would not want to implement socialist policies here.

I doubt that most of these groups have a comprehensive end-goal (outside of leaders who will be the first to be shot by their followers), but I do believe that their actions and ideology are destructive to our civilizational foundations.

Marxists, liberals and muslims generally view Western Civilization as bad and in need of a good comeuppance. Immigrants don't.
Muslims are not likely in favor of socialist regimes, whereas the others are.
Other than the immigrants, the rest would like the whole of American culture to change.

Correct, although I'd say it involves marxists and other fringe leftists leading millions of liberals in this direction via a combination of shame, fear and emotional appeals.
