Poland's former defense minister thanks the US for blowing up Nord Stream

He not only thanks the United States government for the sabotage, he claims that our government warned allies that we might do it some time ago.
UPDATE: Germany's Der Spiegel magazine is now also claiming that the CIA gave allies a heads up about the attack; see screenshot below.
While the current minister angrily claims this is Russian propaganda, and that no NATO member had anything to do with it, others are saying Biden himself hinted at this publicly in an interview with ABC News:

Nord Stream 1 and 2 lie on the bed of the Baltic Sea. Nord Stream 2 was finished last year but Germany never opened it because Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24.
