Thanks for the update. So perhaps stolen in Houston and taken across the border. Then given/sold to this guy. When it came over exactly is a sub issue at this point, and still going to put a spotlight on the cartel border issue.

It was the first pic that popped up in my search, and I was fully aware of how old it was because that doesn't matter. What matters is that cartels don't have this "moral code" y'all are talking about. It's not apart of their genetics. You calling out the age of this just proves my point.

You can use this example all you want but Germany doesn't have what we have on our border. That was clearly on a snackbar. I've been clear that this guy is most likely a snackbar, but he most likely had cartel assistance. Something the Germany guy didn't. So this sheds light on the border issue.
So the narrative that cartels don't want to shed light on securing the border is a not a good one. Nor is the "cartels have a moral code" one.
