I never understood why so many tech companies went colo instead of maintaining on-prem infrastructure.

That isn't going to help going forward if they gain control.

Haven't seen this, and it doesn't make sense...most websites have servers stored in data centers (giant air conditioner warehouses)...they lease the space at electricity cost plus a margin...any large company has long term leases

Same thing happened to Gab a few years ago. They found a host (owned by a Christian) committed to free speech. So all the Left has had has been DDOS attacks (which Gab is undergoing RIGHT NOW). I've no doubt thought that eventually Cloudflare will pussy out and pull their DDOS protection, and that Gab's host will be hounded out of business by the usual suspects (Sleeping Giants, etc).

If you want an armed rebellion, this is how you get an armed rebellion: take everything away from those not siding with the regime, and dare them to do anything about it.

Dark winter here we come. The darkness will be the silencing of the conservative voice. Keep your powder dry gentlemen. Evil forces are emerging from the shadows.

This isn't government overreach. These are publicly traded companies with american shareholders making business decisions.

Since when did this place become so populist? Bernie Sanders lovers
