I remember hearing these stories that Trump delayed this and then didn't even declassify the important parts.

It is all very public. He did declassify but the FBI specifically with the declassification redacted it.

You can almost bet the redactions covered their asses.

If the binder were released-would the FBI redactions not matter in vindicating Trump?

I think the reason that NYTimes/WaPo/MSM leaked the classified TS nuke codes nonsense. Was just in case Trump declared MAL his official library all of what the FBI took would have to be returned to Trump.

So in case he did this they can say, "WHAT IS HE COVERING UP"?

Who GAF anymore do it Trump they will frame you no matter what.

Remember AG Barr on TV almost daily weeks ago? Where is he now? He has read all of it. He could publicly exonerate Trump w/o methods and sources and all their other bullcrap.

He won't because he is the paint finishing off the cover up. Plus as long as it is an "ONGOING INVESTIGATION" no one can speak about it or go to jail for obstruction.

So Durham is jacking off in DC collecting billable hours in the millions to date.

If Igor was a big case he would not have been released with an unsecured bond. It is an excuse to keep it going so Trump can be framed more.

That's not how any of this works.

Uhhh Missy BamaAtl Trump can start building his library or declare a savings to citizens/govt by saying his library is his Presidential office.

There are no laws or regs saying he has to put up a double wide trailer on a river like Clinton.

"How do you introduce evidence into court of law???

this is repeated every single case and impeachment against Trump.

Remember 3Son's thread saying one of the impeachments would 'introduce evidence' for sures this time?

This evidence cannot be 'introduced' because the DOJ and FBI simply won't allow it. Because Durham is an ongoing investigation & now so is this one.

Seb Gorka said on War Room, he was told by a former CIA station chief, that there was a four man contracted team at the NSA that was surveilling Seb and Bannon while they were in the White House.

He believes Cross Fire Hurricane is also about the deep state targeting them, Trump, and the real MAGA people.

MI5, MI6 will also come up as part of Cross Fire.

WTH??

This is what annoys me about all of this: people saying they have certain information, but will release it: - only if some specific event happens - "tomorrow" (see also: "next week", "soon", etc) - "but can't due to x"

None of it makes sense because they are lying to you.

He can turn any shitty motel he wants into his library, but he doesn't get to keep stolen classified documents there no matter how much gold plate he puts on the toilets.

Just give it up already. You know they aren't classified.

You mean like last week when you loons were being told Trump had the nuke codes, because of course they’re scrawled on a piece of paper just laying around in the Oval Office for anyone to take?

Another reason they will never exonerate Trump in any way-even if they wanted to.

Other countries were involved. 5Eyes was used as a backdoor after Obama got his arse handed to him in 99 pages from Rosemary at the FISA court.

The UK wanted BREXIT gone and we tit for tatted them all for their shared religion marxist globalism.

They should admit what they did to Trump and exonerate him before they shove DeSantis on us. They can GFT.

You dumb arse.

quote:

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington D.C. ultimately rejected Judicial Watch's suit by concluding there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president.

But Jackson's ruling — along with the Justice Department's arguments that preceded it — made some other sweeping declarations that have more direct relevance to the FBI's decision to seize handwritten notes and files Trump took with him to Mar-a-Lago. The most relevant is that a president's discretion on what are personal vs. official records is far-reaching and solely his, as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.

These assholes just lie through their teeth. Trump has made it very clear that those documents were declassified. And as you can read in this article, the legal precedent is that the National Archives, or nobody else for that matter, can seize records from a POTUS. He can declare those his personal documents and if you or anyone else don't like it, well, you can frick off.

Just the News

Also, in before some dumb arse tries to throw shade at the source even though they're quoting shite that's a matter of public record.

He also made a very clear court filing claiming that they were not declassified - until it became legally advantageous for him to lie again.

Because Trump always lies.
