IIRC, the special prosecutor had it on hold as not to interfere with the cases they were pursuing.
Problem is that they got Not Guilty verdicts in the cases brought and we have no indication of future cases.

Who cares what cases were under investigation. All of this should have been released years ago. It would have greatly helped investigations by putting the fire under them.

This is what annoys me about all of this: people saying they have certain information, but will release it:
- only if some specific event happens
- "tomorrow" (see also: "next week", "soon", etc)
- "but can't due to x"
The only thing needed for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. These threatened-only releases are just that: people doing (ultimately) nothing.
Either shite or get off the pot, just stop giving us "we're alllllmost there".
