People need to stop saying fraud.

Fraud is hard to prove with politicians and officials fighting tooth and nail to prevent transparency of any kind.
What we do know is... some people in some key states used powers they didn't have to change election rules.
Everyone is arguing whether fraud happened.. when the people who didn't have the power to change election rules, weren't held accountable in any way. Wasn't even considered a big deal. If that strategy wasn't hindered at all in 2020 and the years leading up to the 2024 election, what is to stop them from using that strategy again? It's clear that even if they don't have the power to change election rules, they can still change them and not have to worry about judges saying shite until well after the election.

That would lead to no recourse but all out civil war, and we don’t want that… need to have some other remedy

Fraud just means you had intent.
Without the intent it’s negligence. Which most professionals would lose their job over. Or be found liable in civil court.
But we have different rules for our rulers.

This should be investigated and charged as RICO - there are numerous organization involved in this scheme. This is not by chance - it was planned and executed and covered up.
Need to bankrupt all of them - put them in prison - leave their kids destitute to fend for themselves from here on out - put their assets on the auction block at the courthouse for a fire sale.

There were undeniably some unconstitutional results certified by several states. That's not even up for debate.
Why the GOP didn't lift a finger to do anything about it tells me they were fine with the cheating as long as it got rid of Trump.
