For whatever shortcomings he may have, he is able to SAVAGE his opponents on the fly without benefit of a teleprompter or some offstage Fairy feeding him answers in his earpiece....

Last night was elder abuse.....

"Queens...."....hahahahaaa....

The greatest line last night was after Biden told the story about how his mom used to use the windshield wipers to wipe off the oil of her windshield; Trump told him, “You can do better, Joe. You can do better!”

I agree. Intelligence and cleverness are not the same, and Trump is indeed quite clever.

Ronald Reagan was also incredibly quick.

The left hated him just as much as Trump. The difference is that Democrat leadership feared and respected him. Now, they’re such a bunch of nut cases, they just openly despise Trump.

He has the response on hand that I only think of after it's too late. Jerk Store!

Trump is very quick witted and there were many funny moments.

Trump fumbled bigly with the "low IQ" comment. That is just red meat that he did not need to give Joe. Was unnecessary and bad optics imo.

Because of his fan base, I know he’s doing it on purpose but do wish he’d from time to time show some ‘quick-wittedness’ with an expanded vocabulary.

The low IQ comment is technically true, but a really bad look for latino voters for sure. They will clip it and claim he called all people called by ICE low IQ.

He didnt fumble with that at all unless you are a bleeding heart progressive who doesnt understand reality or anything besides PC.

And those types will never vote red anyways. Maybe that is what you are referring to but I never thought it was a blunder.

Seriously, you are a moron if you remotely think he is not intelligent.

Why would this be a bad look?
My wife is Mexican and said only a low IQ fool would show up after being released

I think his IQ is above average ... solidly in that first SD.

Did he watch the fricking Blues Brothers before the debate?

If you are wiping oil off your windshield and think it is a normal thing, you are doing something wrong.

during one of the Bush - Kerry debates, Kerry droned on about Bush's secret timber company. Bush responded "I own a timber company? That's news to me." Then he turned to the moderator and said "Hey, you wanna buy some wood?"

Kerry just stood there looking like a cuck.

Dude optics and perception are very important. You don't need to shoot yourself in the foot with a comment like "low IQ" regardless if it is true or not.

You are giving Joe easy soundbites to further the narrative. It was an unnecessary comment that was not effective.

That was the only time of the night he didn't dominate. He knew he shouldn't have said it and couldn't help himself lol

Quick witted, but Great Instincts is his true best trait.
