Step 1 - She wants early voting to be required so they can gauge how bad they are losing leading up to the election.
Step 2 - she wants to allow same day voter registration so they can fabricate the calculated votes they needed in step 1.
Step 3 - she wants to limit the auditability of the election so it cannot be discovered what they did in step 2?
Is that how I understand all of this.

She also wants NO requirement of ID to even obtain an absentee ballot. If her plan passed, I could go every day and get an absentee ballot, and no one could stop me.
I could then submit each one without any confirmation of who I am, where I live, or if I'm even living.

The problem is, she threw so much shat at the fan with this bill, the republicans will start to negotiate if we get money for individuals, you can have your voting changes, rather than just saying screw you, vote on the bill on the senate floor or forget it.
