And this woman, who is speaker of the house, has been in office since 1987. You’d think at some point she’d have at least skimmed over the constitution and noticed that minor detail of co-equal branches of government.

Furthermore the HOR isn’t Congress, it’s the House and the Senate, and last I heard the House’s shenanigans are all on them. The Senate doesn’t agree with their BS.

In her mind, the current occupant of the WH didn’t win the popular vote. Thus, he is not the legitimate representative leader. She, however, heads the “People’s” chamber and thus is a true representation of the will of the “majority” of people.
With this logic, it stands to reason that she would believe herself to be the most powerful and important of America’s leaders.

What good are laws no one enforces? If Congress is all powerful, how did Trump shut down the govt?
