Paul Begala Has Went Full Retard

I turned on CNN (mistake I know). Paul Begala, a former speech write for Clinton I believe, was on there. He said the following:
"I have written many speeches and talking points for presidents. If I were advising Trump, I would give him the following talking points when he meets Putin. I would tell him to say 'Mr. Putin, you have the right to remain silent'. And after that Mr. Trump should bring Mueller into the room and arrest him."
This mother fricker actually said that with a straight face. No, he was not joking. He thinks Trump should walk into the room with Putin and say "you have the right to remain silent" and that Trump should bring Mueller with him on the trip.
These people are lunatics. How in the frick do they function day to day?
