Under supporting traditionally under served communities, Trump needs to cut all funding to NY, CA, WA, etc and give it to AL, MS, LA, NM, OK etc. That way we can help areas where the feds have shafted for 150 years.

I can get behind injecting funding into organizations directly impacted by the government's bullshite "stay at home" orders earlier this year or by Covid itself. A public transit or toll road system that relies on usage/ticket fees to cover operating expenses would be a good example.
But bailing out entire states or cities that have mismanaged their pension funds for decades is bullshite.
