One word omitted by news reporter....

Was listening to talk radio while driving today and the top-of-the-hour news came on with FOX and the reporter(Rich Dennison I believe) ended his news break with this statement...."The US has more COVID cases than any other country" and left out the word CONFIRMED before "cases" which makes a huge difference. Think we actually have more cases than Chy-na, India, etc.?
