Most (if not all) companies have policies specific to eliminating nepotism. Maybe not 100% effective, but nepotism is a drop in the bucket in terms of "privilege" in 2024.

Moreover, I have good news for you. You no longer have to be concerned about a lack of privilege for persons of color and women. They hold the privilege today.

And it's not just corporate America. Med schools and law schools are disproportionately not white and not male. Did you know this?

Before you think I believe white males are victims. I don't. My thesis here is your white/male privilege argument is inconsistent with facts, at least where American business and American education is concerned. My view is in the long run, people pretty much get what they deserve and when you warp markets, there are as many opportunities that open up as doors are shut.

The FAA test in the 80s rewarded minorities and veterans points over white males. The fedGov definitely has a race based hiring system.
