Look, I hate to "go there", but every necessity in your life, every material thing, system, service or industry has been either invented by or greatly improved by White men.
If you think that only white men invented or improved these things then you are in fact as worthless as I suspected

Look at your post history. You are the LAST person who needs to lecture anyone on being a decent human or having good morals.
Another point you cant grasp.
If you rely on luck to get by in life, your life is going to fricking suck.

You've not responded to any of the posts about corporate America today and its social pecking order. That's fine - nobody is owed a response in these threads. But your ignoring the argument is instructive. You cling to your beliefs regardless of evidence all around you, project "misogynist" and "sexist" as a deflection and are way too comfortable in your contrived world.
Take two identical resumes for two candidates (for a job or promotion) with the exact same level of success/experience, and one's name is Roger and the other Bridget, or better yet Jada, and if you think the woman/black woman is not getting the job/promotion in 2024 more frequently than demographics suggest, you're crazy.

If you cannot afford to feed your kids then maybe you're a dumbass and you shouldn't have those kids. But that takes away a lot of benefits doesn't it?
Posted on 1/2/24 at 10:34 am to trinidadtiger
It's pretty simple. If you can't afford to feed kids pull out and don't have them.

4cubbies is very much a decent human being. She may not always be right, but she is honest about her pov, and she gives a damn.

It's ok to acknowledge luck. That doesn't mean you rely on it. You starting to understand this yet buddy? Because it doesn't seem like you comprehend it

Yep. You seem hurt by the fact that we gained ground in life and you cannot.
Even Willy the poor kid with an alcoholic trucker dad and no mom at home got a job in the Pentagon.

False.
Not having anything to eat is a whole lot different from not having the chicken Nuggets and little Debbie cakes you want.

Why do you think I'm struggling? I'm not and haven't ever in my life struggled.

No, you just cant fathom success without luck. Thats on you.

In corporate America today you are far more "privileged" the further you are from straight, white and male. The president of Harvard is not an anomaly in 2024.
There's a reason people in academia are said to live in an ivory tower.
You said corporate America, not academia.
Let's look at the CEOs of some major Fortune 500 corporations.
5.8% of them are women.
37 of the top 50 are white men.

Also, 5...6...7....8....

Yet youre here claiming luck is more important than merit. Your own words.
You havent moved from where you were born, born on second, still on second.

If you haven't by now you're not going to
You didn't do anything special to be born into a good family and culture

No, If I was born lucky, I would still be in a working class neighborhood.
Unlike you, smart people can jump socio-economic classes. Youre welcome for the information.

Never claimed it was more important. Here you are making things up again because you're a moron.

She has slept with a few OTers.
I imagine she has a decent fan club here.
