He either did or did not make online threats. The FBI doesn't show up if they don't already know. Maybe they thought they scared him straight? Sent a message to dad that your son has the FBI at your house right now, maybe send him to reform school and lock your shite up?

If this is in fact the same kid, and this story is true, and the murders were committed because the kid did in fact have access to the guns, dad needs to be charged as an accessory.

Sued civilly, maybe, depending on facts yet unknown and unverified. Criminal murder accessory is a stretch, you'd have to prove a lot more than unsecured firearms.

Those parents in Michigan or wherever were charged under similar circumstances.

Jackson county is far from where the shootings took place. Being that he's a thirteen year old (cannot drive an automobile), I don't see how this is the same person.

No clue on the geography of that but I'll take your word for it. If its not the same person, what the hell is the FBI doing making that statement?

The FBI is getting sloppy. They could have back dated the story to 2019 or 2020 so they could blame Trump since he was President.
