I still do not think it should be illegal, but from my own personal observation it makes people fricking lazy and non-productive which is a negative in my eyes.
I’ll add that I’m the type of person that is disgusted by able bodied people being lazy and unproductive no matter their reason. Maybe I’m an a-hole, so what?

An EO cannot overrule a statute.
He could sign an executive order directing enforcement agencies to make marijuana a very low priority. But he cannot legalize it federally. And he certainly cannot legalize it in states that still criminalize.
It would also still be money laundering to run the cash through banks, I think.

Alcohol does much worse to people than weed.
And I know a ton of people who smoke weed occasionally and are very productive members of society.
