Apparently charged her with 1st degree murder. Another case of a not guilty verdict because, at least partly, of overcharging the defendant.

Dude had a 2 year old child that will not have a father now because of that murdering bitch.

I hope when that family sues her that bitch loses everything and ends up being a meth whore who gets shot by the dope man for stealing a rock.

It was stupid to charge her with 1st degree murder. They should’ve known it wouldn’t stick.

What makes you think that wasnt the idea from the very start?

I mean it’s possible. She’s obviously connected in the legal system as a bondsman.

Bingo

Wouldn't surprise me the least bit either.

That video was only released a day or two ago. She should probably move to another state.

FROm my limited knowledge of the legal system, 1st degree requires premeditation. That wasn’t premeditated, so she walks

I'm not so sure that she didn't accidentally discharge it while it was unfortunately pointed at him. She looked like she had no idea what she was doing after she pulled it out of the drawer.

I think she had every intention of shooting him from the get go if he didn't cuff up

Wow.

Was there another video that we’re not seeing that shows him rummaging through her drawers? Didn’t see that part at all.

Cold-blooded is right! She didn't even flinch. While I would have voted against 1st Degree Murder (ie: pre-meditation), she should definitely have been locked up for at least Manslaughter. She shot him because he was trying to flee (ie: she nor anyone else were in any danger) due to her revoking his bond and as far as I know that's not covered by any law anywhere in the US.
