Oh dear Bank of America……. There will be lawsuits

I want someone to walk in and ask “yes, I’d like to inquire about loans for honkeys”.

Hard to believe that society is just fine with this going on where whites need not apply

no problem, just have a wave of white people apply under this policy and then make sure they identify as black

make them live up to their own rules

Correct. Racial 'redlining' is simple actuarial tables.
Blacks and whites with the same assets and income default at totally different rates. Blacks much higher and therefore greater risk.
Same reason teenagers have higher car insurance rates than 60 year olds. It's discrimination based on math.

Can you receive the loan without actually meeting someone in person?

1. Do online application and processing.
2. Indicate that you're black and hispanic.
3. Profit bigly.

AKA blacks and hispanics only ones dumb enough to buy money at these ridiculous rates.

What are folks going to do when white folks apply for loans to buy houses in these neighborhoods? Complain about "gentrification?"

it's stunning that a journalist can just claim all this without any proof, explanation, analysis, or recourse.

this is the kind of thing that Jordan Peterson is referencing when he says that totalitarianism cant come until everyone is willing to lie or accept lies. the majority of the country would read something like this, and just think "yep, that's true"

And when they default on their loans, Bank of America will turn to the government (white American taxpayers) for bailout.
