TBF the American people delivered on that promise as they gave Hillary over 3,000,000 more votes than Trump. But our electoral system, which Trump has notoriously criticized in the past before it benefited him, gave him the presidency because a few thousand people in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan decided to take a chance on him. Oh well, those are the rules. Unlike Trump, I'm not going to criticize it.
