Obama Was Behind The Stay Order

Fact 1: Judge Watson, who issued the stay on Trump's travel ban, graduated from Harvard law school in 1991, [1] which is the same year and class as Obama. [2]

Fact 2: Watson was appointed to the Hawaiian District Court court by Obama [1].

Fact 3: Watson issued his opinion to block Trump's EO on 3-15-2017 [1]

Fact 4: Obama traveled to Hawaii earlier this week [3, 4]. He arrived in Hawaii on Monday the 13th, two days before the written opinion of his old Harvard law classmate -- and judicial appointee -- was released.

Fact 5: As an interesting aside, prior to his Hawaii visit, he met with Warren Buffet in Omaha and had dinner with Bono (U2) in New York prior to that. [3]

Fact 6: Inquisitive redditors checked the newspaper articles and looked up the addresses of all the known places in Hawaii that Obama visited during his trip. They also dug up the judge's home address and the address of his courthouse. With the help of Google Earth, it turns out that Obama's whereabouts put him within a 30 minute drive of the courthouse. Another guy who lives in Honolulu chimed in and said that Obama's convoy would have put him on a road that was a 5 minute drive from the judge's house. [5]
