quote:

President Obama slammed Donald Trump during a speech at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Friday afternoon, criticizing his frequent tirades and threats against the FBI and Attorney General Jeff Sessions over the ongoing Russia investigation. “It should not be Democratic or Republican, it should not be a partisan issue, to say that we do not pressure the attorney general or the FBI to use the criminal justice system as a cudgel to punish our political opponents, or to explicitly call on the attorney general to protect members of our own party from prosecution because an election happens to be coming up,” he said.

Holy. shite.

This is a joke or troll right?

The Obama FBI and DOJ have been proven to have used the FISA program to target Trump.

These are facts.

You don't even need to go to the IRS scandal. Obama literally did what he's condemning. On a MUCH MUCH higher scale.

What about using wartime and terrorism laws to wiretap a political opponent?

I wish somebody actually had the balls to ask him point blank: “Did you order the IC to spy on candidate Trump? No equivocating or amplifying your answer...a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’.”

Get him on the record. If he refuses to answer, that’s an answer in and of itself.

All trails lead straight back to him. I’m guessing he’s not quite as adroit at covering his tracks as the Clintons.

What would be the point? He’s a very accomplished liar.

Problem is he can say this until people who were in his administration go to jail for it.

Unfortunely. It’s a conspiracy theory until there’s an indictment. Then it becomes real.

He realizes he's backed into a corner. The Democrats are going to try to spin the prosections of their crimes as Trump abusing his powers to punish his political enemies. Expect a lot of: "Never before has an ex-president been arrested, but look where we are today! Is this not Nazi Germany all again?

The Democrats will flip the narrative to: "If you knew that Hitler was such an evil tyrant, wouldn't you be obligated to do everything in your power to stop him, before he comes into power? Isn't that the moral thing to do?"

They will make themselves out to be martyrs who sacrificed their freedom for this country. Just you watch.

And the MSM will go with that narrative for damage control.
ie......Vast right-wing conspiracy.
