She is will probably get over turned by the 5th circuit.
She was about to force Terrebonne Parish and the state into creating judicial sub districts to elect a minority judge instead of having 5 parish wide judicial elections. The fifth circuit overturned her decision.
Funny thing about all of this is that Terrebonne already had a minority judge that was elected last cycle without opposition. He won again without opposition.

This isn’t as bad as it could be. It is still limited to voters who request an absentee ballot. It’s not a mass distribution of mail in ballots to all registered voters.

I agree that absentee isn’t nearly as bad.
I still wonder if the goal though for democrats is to push an absentee ballot request day and then send all their get out to vote people around to collect as many ballots as possible. If everyone already has a ballot at home it is a lot easier to carry the ballots to the mail box for people compared to driving people to voting locations.
