It means Joe is negotiating a deal, which is NOT good, but it means that shite the Dems promised their special interests is being tossed, which IS good.

Coal is dead anyway. In WV and elsewhere. AEP was one of the largest coal fired utilities in the country. No more. Solar and wind. They are at the government trough. Mancin knows it. His daughter needs that multimillion dollar pharmaceutical job. Mancin is a joke. Sinema to fold too n

This legislation matters not in regards to coal for electricity (in the industry)
Coal is dying as electric utilities are moving toward net zero carbon goals and will be minimal by 2030 in the SE - where some day you’ll likely have new ng combined cycle with carbon capture on the backend and some existing retrofitted
