Now that we know there's no Watch Dog for the American people what do we do?

Has the MSM always been a proponent of liberalism/progressivism? Probably. You can have a MSM that leans left as long as their professional commitment to hard news overrides their desire to taint and propagandize the news with their progressive ideology.
Over the past 40-50 years the MSM has morphed into the blatant and unashamed Ministry of Propaganda for the Prog/Dim Leftists. We conservatives hope more and more Americans understand what's going on (woke to the MSM political agenda) with the MSM coordinating the news via guidance from their Dim political leaders in DC.
I do believe more people are aware of how biased the MSM is in their reporting of the news but are enough people appalled by the obvious Prog/Dim bias in the reporting? Well, if we look at the behavior of conservatives and apolitical Americans I would say no. If the tables were turned and the MSM was very conservative with a strict moral slant to their reporting the liberals/progressives would be filling the streets protesting the hijacking of the MSM by conservative forces.
This latest Project Veritas video that outs CBS as nothing more than a Prog/Dim "fake news" production company should scare the hell out of all Americans. If we can't depend on a free and unbiased media to put their political views aside and report factual news this country is going to spiral out of control societally. If there's no honor, trust, and integrity in our government and MSM this country will fall.......we're perilously on the brink.

We'll see what happens in the Nov elections. IF the US electorate restores the WH to the Left, then we'll know that the acceleration of the progress of US history will happen before our eyes. We'll know that our great-grandchildren will live in an American nation-state that hasn't the least resemblance to a Constitutional Republic with a Bill of Rights, and a devotion to Equal Justice Under the Law.

I’m not worried about people who still possess free thought.....I’m worried about the people who vote who also believe what the DimMedia is spewing. This could be a real concern in November.
Think about this....if the Dims didn’t control the political messaging via the DimMedia they wouldn’t be a viable political party

Walter Cronkite was a classic liberal, but at least journalism had enough integrity to not overtly be a propaganda arm of the socialist democrat party.

And for the most part, that's exactly what is happening. Look at the numbers for what is an increasingly shitty Fox News, which is the only major broadcast news network that hasn't gone completely in the tank for the socialists. Fox dominates all other network news combined. There's a reason for that.

Don't look at that. Look at actual results, which is the election of Donald Trump. What is yet to be seen, is if Trump can change the political landscape enough in his 8 years, to allow for a subsequent republican candidate to have success calling out the socialist democrat propagandists for what they are. If that doesn't happen we are fricked, and doomed to electing socialist democrats until the collapse and revolution comes.

I’ve been aware of the liberal media for decades. The problem we’re facing today is the MSM isn’t trying to hide their Prog/Dim political affiliation.
As much as we would like to believe Americans are becoming more aware of the destructive liberal/progressive agenda of the MSM the fact is a lot more Americans are essentially not interested in politics at the level required to make informed decisions. Because many Americans are not interested in politics to the degree that’s required to make informed decisions the DimMedia exploits this by giving these ignorant Americans headline news with just enough substance to shape their opinions to align with the Prog/Diim leftist ideology. The DimMedia messaging is like a 24/7/365 download program that over time pays huge political dividends for the leftists.

How ironic is it that the only people who have been indicted were people who dared to be part of Team Trump and before they aligned with Trump never had criminal records.
These Trump supporters were targeted by Obammy holdovers in the FBI/DOJ, these corrupt Swamp Skunks put otherwise innocent people behind bars, what an upside down world.
