Now It’s Against the Law in California to Shower and Do Laundry on the Same Day

Look at these communist mother frickers:

quote:

Governor Jerry Brown is retiring but not before he passes a few draconian laws as parting gifts for California. Two bills were signed into law on Thursday of last week to “help California be better prepared for future droughts and the effects of climate change.”

The mandatory water conservation standards will be permanent, according to their wording, and not just for use in times of crisis. To make a long story short, now that these bills are law, it’s illegal to take a shower and do a load of laundry in the same day because you’ll exceed your “ration.”

Police state:

quote:

If you’re wondering how the government would know how much water your family is using, the utility providers will be obligated to rat you out of face massive fines. And they’re encouraged to spy in all sorts of creative ways. They “shall use satellite imagery, site visits, or other best available technology to develop an accurate estimate of landscaped areas.”

What a lot of people don’t realize is a lot of water usage is from industrial and farming operations. You better believe they won’t target those areas because either they’re getting donations or it would badly hurt the economy.

If I am a resident I would start a campaign for everyone to not only run their washer and take a shower at the same time, but set the time for everyone to do it.

Jerry Brown and democrats are deranged.

What a shame such a beautiful state has fallen victim to an extreme brand of politics.

Hey dumbass they don’t do that for shits and giggles.

When I lived in L.A. we went through a serious drougt throughout the state. There were regs places on water usage out of necessity.

The grownups understood and mostly complied.

When I was a cheap arse bachelor I'd only use 3 squares per wipe. One 24 pack would last me all year.
