No, he isn't. But I do think this is the general consensus among leftists and socialist democrats. Biden is a Trojan horse of sorts, produced by a deeply flawed and corrupt nomination process. They don't really care about saddling Americans with a mentally unstable president, voting to have the leader of the free world be openly mentally deficient, or putting the country through the process of unseating him for another person who isn't losing his mind.
