Yeah. This shouldn't bother anyone. Each bathroom is its own room.

Girls are already uncomfortable and self conscious as it is when they start getting their period. This is going to be awful for them.

We live in the KC area (kansas side, and south). I don't really see a problem with this setup, for a new school....that being said, our kid goes to a private school.

communal sinks, with separate (floor to ceiling) lockable alcoves for each toilet. Oh my God!

Seriously, you lose the efficiency of urinals, but probably gain some efficiency by having to construct less “extra capacity” in multiple restrooms

I took classes at a university in France one summer and they had the same type of bathroom setup. Did not like.
Nothing like blowing out the morning coffee and opening up your stall to a hot chick waiting to get in the same floor-to-ceiling walled, no ventilation, stall. Poor girl.
