“On Sunday evening, 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Shannon Brandt in a alleged politically motivated killing in North Dakota.
The teen was attending a street dance in McHenry, North Dakota.
Brandt called 911 after fleeing the accident, telling the dispatcher that Ellingson was part of a “Republican extremist group.”

If it turns out this was some kind of "MAGA Street Party" or something, than the family of the teen 100% needs to sue the federal government and the President. There's no doubt, especially with the recent "red screaming" speech, that Biden is inciting hatred towards Trump supporters.
Need full context here, though. It's inexcusable behavior no matter what, but it's always good to see the whole picture.

"We are still trying to determine what, exactly, transpired at the time of crash and prior to that as well," explained Niewind.
Police say Brandt was drunk when he hit and killed Ellingson with his SUV.
"We do not know of any witnesses. We are still making attempts to interview potential witnesses from the street dance, people that were present prior to the crash happening," Niewind said.
