Democrats 52% of votes with 301k
Republicans 43% of votes with 249k
Unaffiliated 4.89% of votes with 28k

Get out and Vote if you are from North Carolina!
Republican turnout is higher than Democratic turnout in every state but: Minnesota, North Carolina, New Mexico, New Jersey, Virginia, Vermont.
Those bolded states indicate the margins are fairly close.

Thought the Dems were all giddy cause they were crushing it in Nevada? That fizz out?

How does it compare to past elections, though?
In some states, dems win early vote but lose e-day voting, thus losing state
Trump was behind Clinton in early voting in many swing states

Damn carpetbaggers. NC should be a solidly red state. Unfortunately, similar migration patterns are happening in TX, GA and TN too.

Yankees are like locusts. They eat out whatever shithole they came from, then they come down here and start eating out ours.

They're like cockroaches or a virus.
Either way, they need to be eradicated.
ETA - if it's ok for Louis Farrakhan to refer to Jews as termites, I'm going to assume its ok to refer to the Left as cockroaches or a virus.

My buddy and his wife just closed on a house in Asheville today. They're new MAGA voters to the State of NC

the blue wave in NC is due to the big universities here. Outside of the cities, NC is very conservative.

Are there even any toss up races in NC? Haven't heard much focus on this state in 2018.

Republicans are always behind in early voting.

NC02, NC09 and NC13 are all in trouble for the Republicans.
Posted on 10/23/18 at 3:21 pm to MrLSU
NC09 is going GOP
I am worried about NC02
NC13 was going to be tough because if I’m not mistaken McCreedy pulled an upset and had a huge primary showing compared to his GOP counterpart.

Most of the state is very conservative, but the population centers of Charlotte and the Raleigh area overwhelm the good guys.

North Carolina
In 2012, Democrats had 48 percent of early votes and Republicans had 32 percent. That was a +16 point edge. Showing the limitations on using early voting as a predictor of election outcomes, Romney won the state 50.39% to 48.35%.
This year, North Carolina is reporting that 3,183,492 people have already voted as of November 8. Here’s the partisan breakdown:
Democrat: 41.7%
Republican: 31.9%
Unaffiliated: 26.1%
Libertarian: 0.32%

I don’t think that means much that’s general election numbers.. I’d rather see midterm election results of 2014 or 2010.

All the swing states in the Senate race except for Nevada have been in favor of Republicans.
In TN, 290,000 had voted. 182,700 were R’s compared to 85,000 D’s and 22,000 unaffiliated. Even if you break the unaffiliated 3-1 for Bredesen, Blackburn still has an 80k vote lead.

Eliminate all early voting. We would have a much higher quality voter base. Missouri is one of the states that doesn’t have early voting. Hopefully we keep it that way.

I live in Hope Mills and just voted Republican down the ballet.
