If Trump would have said this.... wooooo boy.
But since Biden thinks this - I will no longer be paying income tax.

Could you imagine what would happen if someone mentioned the 13th in this regard?

Let’s axe the 19th then and call it a day.

Get rid of the 17th and return the Senate to representing the States and not another popular vote body.

It was a quote by Biden so it's possible he's talking about the 25th.

My rights came from God anyways. And guess what, they are absolute as absolute can get. So frick off you old kid sniffing slobbering old bastard.

The 18th and 21st Amendments support this statement in theory, but being as Biden wants to shred the Bill of Rights, screw him.

Just when I think it can’t go any farther...

Actual quote from Mr. Biden:
I’m genuinely curious as to the factual basis of this statement (if any). Can anyone here elaborate?
quote:Exactly who were the “certain people” who “weren’t allowed to have weapons” in the United States in 1781?
“ From the very beginning, you couldn’t own any weapon you wanted to own. From the very beginning that the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren’t allowed to have weapons. So the idea is just bizarre to suggest that some of the things we’re recommending are contrary to the Constitution,” he said.

I THINK he is making reference to the fact that many of the colonies (early states) had limits on firearm ownership and possession. For instance, it was not uncommon to ban traveling in populated areas while armed, and it was not uncommon to ban carrying concealed firearms. Other locations prohibited the storage of LOADED weapons in a place of residence, for safety reasons.
