the NIH has upgraded their recommendation on ivermectin, making it an option for use in COVID-19.

This new designation upgraded the status of ivermectin from “against” to “neither for nor against”, which is the same recommendation given to monoclonal antibodies and convalescent plasma, both widely used across the nation.

By no longer recommending against ivermectin use, doctors should feel more open in prescribing ivermectin as another therapeutic option for the treatment of COVID-19. This may clear its path towards FDA emergency use approval.

“Ivermectin is one of the world’s safest, cheapest and most widely available drugs,” noted Dr. Kory, President of the FLCCC Alliance. “The studies we presented to the NIH revealed high levels of statistical significance showing large magnitude benefit in transmission rates, need for hospitalization, and death. What’s more, the totality of trials data supporting ivermectin is without precedent.”

Excellent news!

Sadly, this has been known for quite some time. I would imagine that as we get closer to Tuesday, more stuff like this will drop. I guess sleepy Joe will get the credit for the disappearance of the Rona.

He's a good poster who generally has pretty definitive views on things. I'm surprised he's neutral on this to be honest.

In the slums in South America, that is pretty much what played out. The evidence, while almost definitive in scope, was poo poo’d and dismissed. It really is quite stunning.

I took Ivermectin last week after testing positive for COVID and my symptoms were minimal afterwards.

There's my study using a sample size of 1.

It is prescription only and now, or so I was told, quite expensive. To be fair, I haven’t looked online as I’m not sure how trustworthy those online pharmacy sites (foreign) actually are.

Add another to it. I had COVID back this summer and got quite sick and had some shortness of breath; I finally took Ivermectin (after trying hydroxychloroquine) and I was almost symptom free within 48hrs of taking the Ivermectin.

Im not deeming it a "cure" but its the closest thing we have to it.

Ivermectin? We worm all the livestock with that. Hell, I didn't know I was supposed to be taking a dose too.
