I'm a Kansas born lifelong Chiefs fan that married an LSU Tiger. That's how I ended up on this board many years ago. As happy as I was just a few short months ago when KC won the Super Bowl, I've now gone 180. I couldn't care less about athletes, celebrities, etc. On the other hand I'm pumped to watch my kid wreck shop 8th grade football style!

I will watch tonight, because it’s the opening game, but will wait until after the kickoff to tune in, because of the orchestrated festivities celebrating BLM and their cause, cause I ain’t buying that crap. I’m going to watch because there will be several former LSU players playing, but will have the sound off so I don’t have to listen to the announcers crap either. Been doing that for a while. They make the most inane comments most of the time. “Houston really needs to score a touchdown this possession.” Really???? Isn’t that the object of the game always, you morons?

I haven’t watched much if at all for over 5 or 6 years, sometimes not watching any games at all in a season. Would I opt out had I been a big NFL fan? Probable
