CNN is looking for clicks. From a coroner’s perspective, I believe that just means he was shot to death and didn’t die of natural causes.

They're seeking to demonize the police for defending themselves in an attempt to destabilize our society. It's sedition/insurrection in its purest form, and the MSM is providing cover for them by portraying them as some kind of folks heroes for looting.
