Obviously this is to tax because you cannot fine a company on making too much money. Being singled out should be enough to thwart as there is plenty of more profitable companies than oil companies. This is probably SC bound as illegal as well

They don t want any drilling there. It can’t be shipped to them unless it is on a US flagged ship. BTW. There are no US flagged oil tankers. They don’t want pipelines. They want to close refiners
