New orbiting instruments and new NASA report!
Hmmmmmmmm
quote:
Even though the polar climate looks different with the new data, there are still more steps to take before scientists can use it to predict future climate change, the authors warned. The team’s next steps include investigating how TSIS data affects the model at lower latitudes, as well as continuing observations into the future to see how SSI varies across the solar cycle.
Hmmmmmmmm

They sky is now reverse falling.

We still don't know how the climate will change over the next 50 years, just as we didn't know 20 years ago.

Should we try and attack the sun?
Posted on 5/19/21 at 12:32 pm to goatmilker
The sun is clearly racist.

There is a galactic fusion reactor with a mass of 1.989 × 10^30 kg, 860,000 miles in diameter running wide-open with a surface temperature of 5,778 Kelvin, 93MM miles from our rock, and it has no thermostat.
The audacity of humanity to believe we have the capacity to alter the temperature of our planet 1.5 degrees Celsius for any period of time by with any imaginable means at our disposal is boggling.

The Sun is in climate change denial?

True, and the majority of the minute increase in temperature since the proponents of global warming started counting (1880) is due to one singular event which had nothing to do with human habitation.

Now wait just a damn minute!
The sun?!?
You think the sun affects temperatures here on Earth?!?
Flat earther!!!
Science denier!!!
Fascist!!!
Nazi!!!
Racist!!!

even worse, white privilege is making the sun effect climate on Mars !!! The latest Mars rover proves it.

A new way of modeling suns energy. Think it’s more accurate than past models but preliminary. Last models assumed more was reflected off earth?
quote:
This tells us that in addition to monitoring total solar irradiance, Huang said, we also need to keep an eye on the spectra. While more accurate SSI information will not alter the big picture of climate change, it may help modelers better simulate how energy at different wavelengths affects climate processes like ice behavior and atmospheric chemistry.

What event was that?

Hey, don't let facts get in the way of a good theory. The sun is probably a Trump supporter desperately trying to disprove Al Gore's climate change.
But when during earth's history did the climate not change?

Krakatoa, a volcanic eruption in the early 1880s that reduced global temperatures by 0.72F - about half of the global warming increase
If you want to make the case that "the globe is broiling!!!", start your graph when the global average temperature his at its lowest point in the past 1000 years

Between climate change and white supremacists...i don't know who is going to kill me first.

My open question to all these climate alarmists is "How do you recover from an Ice Age without warming the earth?"
Never an attempt to answer - just blank stares.
I like to use the arguments of the alarmists over the past 70 years = "nuclear winter" vs "global warming"
Sounds to me like we have the perfect thermostat controls to make the temperature anything we want it to be - if we could all just agree on what is the "perfect" temperature????
For the professional alarmists, it appears to be anything that it isn't at the current moment. (with a little hedge for = "what will help us raise taxes and put more people on the govt. teat."
