New libel and slander standards

Trump mentioned libel and slander standards have been reduced to a joke
Said this needs to change saying that anyone can ruin someone's career with lies and suffer no consequences for lying
I like how he nips these type things in bud before attacking those committing these crimes
Sorta like making Soros and Weinstein Group and lobbyists impotent by cutting off Saudi monies. And how he's quietly draining swamp having them say they'll simply not run for reelection in return for him not exposing their wrongs
