According to liars. Here’s what qualifies as a New Green Deal job.

Salvation Army collector/ sorter

Garbage truck driver

Second hand clothing shop owner

Good Will truck driver

Thrift Store worker/ owner

These were questions in a Hearing in a House Committee...

I remember this same shite when it was called "Shovel-Ready Jobs" the last time.

It's a total crock and there is no basis there will be "green" jobs (whatever that even means) that will all of the sudden materialize out of thin air.

I get your point, but a welder who is willing to travel to the work, with the skill set to full pen weld pressurized pipe isn't going to be out of a job long nor taking a pay cut.

That's the inherent problem. Infrastructure projects take time to plan and approve. Even with a huge infection of cash flow they can't start immediately.
