One of the more looney people I know has completely bought into this conspiracy theory and posted this.
One notable excerpt:
People actually believe this. The FBI using crisis actors to fake Sandy Hook is a more believable conspiracy theory than this schlock.
New Yorker Article
One notable excerpt:
quote:
The four years of the Trump Presidency were characterized by a fantastical degree of instability: fits of rage, late-night Twitter storms, abrupt dismissals. At first, Trump, who had dodged the draft by claiming to have bone spurs, seemed enamored with being Commander-in-Chief and with the national-security officials he’d either appointed or inherited. But Trump’s love affair with “my generals” was brief, and in a statement for this article the former President confirmed how much he had soured on them over time. “These were very untalented people and once I realized it, I did not rely on them, I relied on the real generals and admirals within the system,” he said.
It turned out that the generals had rules, standards, and expertise, not blind loyalty.
The President’s loud complaint to John Kelly one day was typical: “You f***ing generals, why can’t you be like the German generals?”
“Which generals?” Kelly asked.
“The German generals in World War II,” Trump responded.
“You do know that they tried to kill Hitler three times and almost pulled it off?” Kelly said.
But, of course, Trump did not know that. “No, no, no, they were totally loyal to him,” the President replied. In his version of history, the generals of the Third Reich had been completely subservient to Hitler; this was the model he wanted for his military. Kelly told Trump that there were no such American generals, but the President was determined to test the proposition.

Yep. This happened just before he stole the steering wheel from the agents, after forgetting to flush super secret documents.

So Kelly is saying straight out that the generals would not follow the orders of the Commander in Chief.

That is the model. That’s why the president is called the commander/chief. This whole thing sounds like really bad fan fiction

Pure propaganda. Take with the grain of salt it deserves.
There’s been so many outlandish stories which end up being complete fabrications over these past few years that it’s amazing they continue to churn these things out expecting people to believe it.
(Well… I guess the simpletons who bought into him being “guilty” from the time he won in 2016 will believe because they are willing to accept anything to back up their verdict.)

A teenager could right better fiction. It’s like they’re not even trying.
But I guess they don’t have to. People are so obsessed they’ll eat it up, even if it is slop.
