Any Republican will be easy to beat. What path to 270 do you see after the last two elections? You really think a Republican will win any of Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, or Georgia?

Hmmmm, let's see:
Brian Kemp just won in Georgia with 53% of the vote.
Ron Johnson just won in Wisconsin.
Republican house candidates in Arizona got over 100,000 more votes than Kari Lake. The bottom line is that people are done with these candidates whose only platform is talking about how much they love Trump.

It's time to move on.

But they weren't done with Democrats who spouted "2016 was stolen by Trump with Russian help" for 4 years? Interesting.

I'd also like to point out that Kari Lake spoke about MANY issues pertinent to the state of Arizona on a daily basis. I very rarely heard her talk about the 2020 election except when the MEDIA asked her and discussed it.

So, is it official yet? Did the Repubs win the house?

At current progress of counting ballots in certain races, it may never be "official."

More of a "best guess on who won this race" kind of thing...

DDHQ current count looks to be 219-209 GOP

DDHQ called several seats for DEMs today... including a flip (which was expected) from GOP in Oregon

DDHQ made official House control call to GOP last night with 218 House calls to GOP reps

legacy media seems to finally be catching up

1 of DDHQ's calls today was ME-02 for the DEM

not shocking... just had to wait for ranked choice counting to be done

awaiting another ranked choice voting House race... AK-AL which will likely go to the DEM too

Not final, but right now the single most likely House outcome is 222R-213D - a mirror image of Democrats' current slim majority.

CA-13 would be a bit of an upset for the GOP if that result holds

on its sheet put out Sunday night... DDHQ has CA-13 in the "we believe this race will eventually be called for DEMs" category

Terrific news for Republicans in #CA13, one of the two truly close seats left. Adam Gray (D) is going to need a great performance in what's left of Stanislaus Co. (Modesto).

Rob Pyers @rpyers
Update from Madera County in #CA13 comes in big for Republican John Duarte by a 61.6%/38.4% margin, netting him 1,563 votes to vault him into a 963-vote lead over Democrat Adam Gray.

Republicans getting great news in both uncalled Central Valley races tonight. #CA22 Rep. David Valadao (R) hitting the numbers he needs so far in all counties. Rudy Salas (D) is going to need a tremendous haul in what's left of Kern Co. (Bakersfield) to pull this out.

Rob Pyers @rpyers
Evening update in #CA22 from Tulare County breaks 59.1%/40.9% for incumbent Republican David Valadao, netting him 685 votes and boosting his lead to 3,965 votes over Democrat Rudy Salas.
