Everyone doing flight at Pensacola are Military. There are numerous foreign national Allies in flight training at USN, Army and USAF Training Wings. We train these people, for one to attain the same amount of commiserate experience, so that we all are on the same page when shite hits the fan. Secondly, it's financially lucrative. Lots of Civilians employed across all spectrum of flight training with USAF, USN, and the Army.
