If someone wanted to put a menacing noose in the garage, wouldn't they do it in a place where it wouldn't be confused for a pull rope?

The bottomline is that it was there last fall, so it couldn’t have been directed at Bubba Wallace. I mean, maybe that’s not the wisest way someone should tie a loop, but that doesn’t mean it was tied with racial motivation.

Doesnt match the independent videos/pics from that bay (4) and other bays
Where the cars /people at? There are garage bays opposite that bay but not a single car / war chest in sight. Bear in mind, they ran the race on Mon. So that pic had to be Wed of last wk or Tues evening of this week to get that empty of a shot

How many times is this story going to change? He didn't see it, he did see it, it was cut off lying around somewhere, no, it was still hanging there like in the picture (that took a week to produce), etc etc etc.

I'm also skeptical that hemp rope, rather than nylon rope would be used as a garage pull.

It could be.You can almost make any object look at different scales with camera angles.
I'd love to see a different angle with someone standing next to it.
