You and Mitch McConnell were the two biggest supporters in the senate promoting the notion of "Remove and Replace ObamaCare". Your leadership has failed to deliver the single, biggest promise that was made during the previous eight years. "Give us the House, the Senate and the Presidency, and we will repeal and replace ObamaCare."
Many of your constituents have financially suffered under this terrible law, and failure by Congress to repeal this onerous legislation, on your watch, will not be forgotten in 2020 when you run for re-election. You can be promised that, no matter your position of power in the senate, you will have to answer for your failures. In fact, the honorable thing for you to do, at this point, would be to step down from your leadership position, along with Senator McConnell, and accept the people's no-vote of confidence in your continued ability to lead the Senate.

Unless your letter is tied to a stop payment of a 250K check that you wrote him, he won't care. Votes don't matter. Out spending lobbyists matters.

This may not be as bad as it seems. If you believe Obamacare is failing...let it fail. If you tinker with it or repeal it, the dems will have a scapegoat. If it remains all their doing, they have no where to point their fingers in any substantial way.
