82 year old Mother dropped her ballot at the USPO yesterday. She'll slap anyone calls her a Dem, Trump and straight R ticket!

My grandfather voted this morning.
Which is kinda weird considering he's been dead for 20 years...

Medical marijuana is on the ballot in Mississippi?

A friend's mom died 5 weeks ago from Covid complications. Her 92 year old dad just died this morning. She shared a text with me only just minutes ago that he voted by mail-in ballot for Trump, yesterday, and that he felt really good about getting to vote before he left to join her mother.
I wonder if his vote will still count for Trump or if Dems hijack his vote since, technically, as a deceased person, he's now a Democrat.

I'm flying from Detroit to New Orleans Monday, and spending the week in Baton Rouge. My Mom is 88 and likes Trump, but is failing a bit in health. She was for Ted Cruz 4.5 years ago.
When does early-voting end in Louisiana? I am going to get her to the polls. Period!

Great, Great Grandfather voted in Texas last week for Biden. He has been dead for 150 years, killed by Commanche.

Louisiana voters can also vote before Election Day. The early voting period runs from Friday, October 16, 2020 to Tuesday, October 27, 2020, but dates and hours may vary based on where you live.

Yes
Voting for Initiative 65 supports approving the medical marijuana amendment as provided by Initiative 65, which would allow medical marijuana treatment for more than 20 specified qualifying conditions, allow individuals to possess up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana at one time, and tax marijuana sales at the current state sales tax rate of 7%.

Sorry your moms vote is going on a ditch with the other mail in ballots. Should have brought her to a early voting place

I support the war on drugs. However as it applies to medical marijuana I completely support the use of weed to help patients (especially terminal patients) manage pain.

That’s great that Mississippi would allow medical marijuana.
