Exactly.

I have not sought and read the actual agreement, but (setting aside the media histrionics) the language being reported seems to be standard language.

If he actually KNOWS something, this may have meaning. If not, the agreement itself is a great big, double-meat nothing-burger with cheese.

The hearings on Benghazi brought to light Hillary's Email fiasco which directly contributed to her losing the race for president that "Trumps" any conviction Muller has scored, and there is nothing there!
