Mueller said he was bound by the OLC..

Therefore he couldn’t charge Trump even if he wanted to. Barr said under oath that he discussed OLC with Mueller 3xs and Mueller said the OLC wasn’t an issue when he was going render his opinion. Who’s lying?

We'll see if Mueller went to paper on this besides the document he gave to Julia Ainsley today. Mueller's co-investigators are also sitting out there and they all know what standards they used. We'll eventually figure it out.

Barr ask if he had found a crime that the OLC kept him from processing.

In order for what Mueller stated today to at odds with that he would had to say there WAS a crime.

Ignoring the fact that under oath Barr said he asked Mueller 3 separate times if this was the case and Meuller said no, why do an investigation for 2 years that you know you can’t charge in the first place?
