So this just proves that Mueller is just spinning his wheels to undermine TRUMP, just as we all suspected all along.

Who taught you THAT? I could link, and you certainly can google, COUNTLESS

I'd love to see a single link. Nobody taught me. It's directly from the DOJ prosecutors manual. It even cites the case that set the precedent. You didn't know that?

quote:

Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are not section 1505 proceedings. United States v. Higgins, 511 F. Supp. 453, 455-56 (W.D. Ky. 1981); see also United States v. Scoratow, 137 F. Supp. 620, 621-22 (W.D. Pa. 1956) (FBI investigation is not a 18 U.S.C. § 1503 "proceeding"). But cf. 18 U.S.C. §§ 1510 and 1512(b)(3), (c)(2).

Rex is wrong yet again.

Talking out of my arse you say? Perhaps you should brush up on the rules.

FBI investigations are not "proceedings" under the obstruction code. Even if he fired Comey over the Russia investigation (which is a big if) it would not meet the elements required for obstruction

The Special Counsel has specific authority to investigate obstruction of a Special Counsel investigation.

quote:

§ 600.4 Jurisdiction.
(a)Original jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall be established by the Attorney General. The Special Counsel will be provided with a specific factual statement of the matter to be investigated. The jurisdiction of a Special Counsel shall also include the authority to investigate and prosecute federal crimes committed in the course of, and with intent to interfere with, the Special Counsel's investigation, such as perjury, obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and intimidation of witnesses; and to conduct appeals arising out of the matter being investigated and/or prosecuted.

If this piece of the investigation deals with potential obstruction of the Russia investigation, then they are certainly investigating what his state of mind was.

I don't agree with every crazy thing he says and does (today's gun comments for instance), but Trump is more intelligent and calculated than we all think.

Him becoming president because Obama made a jab at him makes it obvious. It's the retarded liberals that are the only ones to not see this. The guy beat the entire deep state and a rigged election, he is far from mentally unstable.
