Usually it means that someone called the police and told them that there was a serious life threatening incident at her house so they responded accordingly. Gamers started this very sick joke and if I remember correctly someone was actually shot and killed by the police.

Somebody calls in a threat or a situation at a persons address. The police show up to said address to deal with a crime, domestic violence situation, etc.
It's people calling in and making a false report and using police resources for a fake crime/situation. These people doing this should be arrested and there is more that can be done to stop this.

Seriously though, I think the police state likes these raids that are usually against small government conservatives. Hell, they are probably calling them in themselves.
Not much different than the raids on political foes by the FBI - i.e. Marlago, the Jan 6 people, school board protestors, legit election deniers, etc.
