Low on the totem pole agents that do the work?
It is still ridiculous to say because a filter agent did it, it is excused. The filter agent is given orders and the buck stops with Wray & Garland no matter what.

It all makes sense when you realize the IC is mostly TDS liberals. Somebody posted a clip here about six months ago where the host did a good job interviewing a CIA agent about Trump. The agent was completely unhinged over Trump and convinced about all the Russia garbage. I was stunned at how unprofessional and irrational the guy was.
I watched a roundtable about a month ago with former CIA agents Larry Johnson and Ray McGovern. These are guys that I seem to recall were darlings of the left during the Iraq War. They just said there is no room for anyone who tells the truth anymore. It's all yes men who do nothing but whatever it takes to climb the ladder. So, that's how we got here.
