If the road and traffic tax passes on December 8th, the revenue generated shall be spent only on the projects listed in the approved plan. This tax revenue cannot be used for any other projects other than the projects specified in the MoveEBR plan.

I early voted no. I will never vote for another tax until we have a constitutional convention.
